Jiangsu Junyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. (www.cnjunyuan.com/en) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of kevlar/nomex (para/meta aramid)  honeycomb core, CNC honeycomb machining, honeycomb composites, and functional composite materials such as far-infrared composite heating. The company is located in the Rudong Economic Development Zone, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of approximately 72 acres with a registered capital of 89.696959 million RMB and a total investment of 330 million RMB.

The company holds multiple certifications including the AS 9100D Aviation Quality Management System, GJB 9001C Weaponry Equipment Quality Management System, German DIN 6701 Adhesive Bonding Certification, among others. Its products comply with various international standards such as aircraft cabin material flammability, TB/T 3237-2010, TB/T 3139-2006, DIN 5510.2-2009, EU EN 45545, North American NFPA 130, restricted/hazardous substances (155 items), TVOC, and others.

Currently, the company operates three main product lines integrating R&D, production, and sales:

1. Kevlar/Nomex (Para/Meta Aramid) Honeycomb Core Series
The company offers a comprehensive range of kevlar/nomex (para/meta aramid) honeycomb products, including imported/domestic, meta/para-aramid, prepreg semi-cured, perforated, wave-absorbing, and flexible variants. These products are widely used in aviation and rail transportation and meet multiple international industry standards.

2. CNC Machining and Composite Series
Equipped with several advanced domestic and international five-axis machining centers, the company provides high-precision CNC machining services for honeycomb, foam, and composite materials. It has independently developed reinforced fire-resistant panels characterized by high performance, impact resistance, ease of compositing, and cost-effectiveness. Customized composite material technical solutions, including honeycomb composites, are available based on client requirements.

3. Far-Infrared Electric Heating Series
The company has independently developed far-infrared composite electric heating technology and products, which offer advantages such as energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, flame retardancy, high electro-thermal conversion efficiency, uniform temperature distribution, comfortable user experience, and potential therapeutic benefits. These products show broad application prospects in passenger compartment heating within the transportation sector and have been mass-applied in rail transit seating and floor heating systems. Engineering design validation has also been completed for automotive passenger compartment heating applications.

Junyuan provides integrated lightweight functional solutions for various industries, including aviation, UAVs, general aviation, and more. Its aramid honeycomb and CNC machining products are extensively used across these sectors.
