The opening ceremony on October 29 was hosted by Zhao Xudong from the Membership Department of the China Composite Materials Industry Association.
Lu Hongping, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Composite Materials Industry Association, attended and delivered a speech. She emphasized the philosophy of "rooting to strengthen oneself and building bridges to connect hearts". She pointed out that we must root ourselves in segmented fields, learn by doing and do by learning. Composite material pultrusion molding is a key segmented field for the development of the industry. Only by calming down to focus on technology and deepen professional expertise can we make progress. The Association is willing to build a bridge to connect experts with participants, enterprises with talents, convey cutting-edge technological information, confidence in industry development and sincerity for win-win cooperation. She also wished the training course a complete success and all participants fruitful learning experiences and rewarding gains.
Han Kai, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Jinlide Composite Materials Co., Ltd., also delivered a speech. He extended a warm welcome to the participants coming from afar, shared the development history and experience of Jinlide in the field of composite material pultrusion molding, and hoped that the participants could gain substantial knowledge and achieve dual improvement in technology and capabilities through this training course.
Chang Fan, a representative of the participants from Tianjin Polytechnic University, also addressed the ceremony. He expressed the expectation to deeply learn the cutting-edge theoretical knowledge of pultrusion molding and understand the latest trends in process and technological development during the training. Meanwhile, he also eagerly anticipated ample practical opportunities to operate advanced equipment with his own hands, closely integrate theory with practice, and enhance his practical operation skills. His speech demonstrated the eagerness for knowledge and the determination to learn actively shared by all participants.
The training course featured rich and substantial content, comprehensively covering the field of pultrusion molding. From raw material selection to engineering design, it systematically dissected the core essentials of pultrusion molding, with content that combines theoretical depth and practical guidance value.
Professor Wang Chengzhong from Beijing University of Chemical Technology provided a comprehensive overview of the pultrusion molding field, systematically breaking down core points from raw material selection to engineering design. His content, which balances theoretical depth and practical applicability, helped participants build a solid theoretical framework and gain a profound understanding of basic principles.
Song Xiaomin, Technical Director of the Polymer Technology Center of SGS Industrial Services, explained the physical and chemical properties, mechanical property characterization of composite materials, as well as the analysis of common standards for pultruded products. Her clear and concise presentation enabled participants to develop a deeper understanding of relevant technologies and standards.
Wang Ruixing, Chief Engineer of Shengli Xinda New Materials Co., Ltd., conducted an in-depth analysis of the Sinopec carbon fiber sucker rod project. He disassembled the core processes and technical key points of pultrusion molding, shared common troubleshooting methods and critical precautions, helping participants systematically master the technology and improve their practical operation capabilities.
Han Kai, Deputy General Manager of Jinlide Company, focused on pultrusion molding equipment, elaborating on four major modules: equipment structure and operation principles, standard operating procedures, key operation skills, and process parameter adjustment methods. The content covered basic equipment knowledge, operation skills, process parameter adjustment and problem-solving ability training, helping participants gain an in-depth understanding of the equipment and lay a solid foundation for practical operation.
Professor Wang Chengzhong from Beijing University of Chemical Technology further delivered an in-depth lecture on pultrusion molding quality control and management systems, covering the quality control chain, quality control of raw materials and process, analysis of common quality problems, as well as quality, environment and occupational health and safety management systems. His content not only clarified knowledge blind spots but also provided practical methods that participants can directly apply to their work.
On the basis of theoretical learning, all participants visited the production line of pultrusion equipment at Shandong Jinlide Company for hands-on training. They not only observed the equipment up close but also operated it personally, experiencing the practical application of pultrusion molding technology in practice. Professional staff from Jinlide Company provided on-site guidance throughout the process, explaining in detail the equipment operation procedures, key technical points and daily maintenance essentials. They also patiently and meticulously answered questions raised by participants during the hands-on operation, such as common faults and solutions in equipment operation, and the impact of different process parameters on product quality. Through this combination of theory and practice, participants applied the knowledge they learned to practical operations, effectively improving their hands-on skills and accumulating valuable experience for future work.
At the end of the training course, a written theoretical assessment was conducted to evaluate the theoretical knowledge learned by the participants, helping them consolidate what they have learned and test their learning outcomes.
The 2025 Pultrusion Molding Technology Training Course for Composite Materials has successfully concluded. Participants have gained abundant theoretical and practical knowledge and expanded their professional networks. It is believed that in the future, they will apply what they have learned to their work, promote the innovative application of the technology in more fields, and inject impetus into the development of the industry. The Association will also continue to organize high-quality training activities to help the industry stride towards a brilliant future.
